What Watt reads
Watt answers from the bench, not from the open web. Every reply is drawn from the same fault libraries, calculators and AS/NZS references published on this site, which means an answer you get here can be opened, checked and cited on a job. There is no second, hidden corpus.
The libraries are compiled from each manufacturer’s published documentation and rewritten for the trade, then reviewed when the documentation or the standard changes. Coverage grows as new documentation lands and gaps get found, and every change is dated in the open changelog rather than announced as a promise.

It shows the source
Answers carry numbered citations back to the fault entry, calculator or standards reference they came from, so you can open the original before you act on it.
It says when it does not know
If the bench does not cover something, Watt says so rather than guessing. It will not invent a fault code, a clause number or a rebate figure.
It estimates, it does not certify
Calculator results are for guidance. A final design belongs to a licensed designer working to the current edition of the standard, and Watt flags work that is licensed electrical work.
