Reconstruct the event
- Record outage start, duration and whether the grid actually failed at the site.
- List which essential circuits stayed on, dropped out or cycled.
- Capture battery state of charge, reserve and alerts immediately after the event.

Check expectations
- Compare the observed loads with the documented backup circuits and power limits.
- Note high-starting-current equipment that attempted to run.
- Confirm whether backup was enabled and commissioned, without changing installer settings.

Hand over
- Provide the timeline, load list, screenshots and model details to the installer.
- Ask for transfer operation, configured limits and commissioning records to be checked.
- Keep the incident with the saved job and field report.
