System record

  1. Capture installed make, model, serial numbers, array layout and the approved connection details.
  2. Store the final design, required certificates, test records and clear equipment photographs.
  3. Record firmware, region settings, export control and monitoring configuration as commissioned.

Customer access

  1. Confirm the customer controls their monitoring account and recovery email.
  2. Explain normal operation, shutdown information, alerts, backup behaviour and who to contact.
  3. Provide warranties, manuals, maintenance guidance and the service escalation path.
03

Close the job

  1. Confirm outstanding network, retailer, certificate or incentive steps and their owner.
  2. Record any agreed follow-up and the date the system was handed over.
  3. Keep the complete job record accessible for later service work.
