Keep the evidence with the job

These device-local checks are working state, not evidence. Save actual readings, observations and the outcome in a job record.

01

Confirm the approved intent

  1. Record the approved export limit, phase arrangement and controlled equipment.
  2. Capture inverter, meter and controller make, model, firmware and settings as found.
  3. Preserve the connection approval and commissioning record.
02

Check the evidence

  1. Compare inverter flow, site meter flow and retailer data as separate measurement sources.
  2. Record import, export, load and generation under clear operating conditions.
  3. Check timestamps and identify any sign or direction mismatch.
03

Close the commissioning record

  1. Have CT orientation, phase mapping, communications and approved settings verified.
  2. Record every change and the before-and-after evidence.
  3. Retain the final test record and customer handover.
